Transforming the Desert Night
Robot Heart is one of Burning Man's most iconic sound stages — a legendary art car that has defined the desert's nighttime landscape for years. This project brought custom video mapping to its unique architectural surfaces.
The challenge was creating visuals that could respond to the music while complementing the surreal desert environment. Every frame was designed to enhance the immersive experience without overwhelming the natural beauty of the playa.
Working with projection mapping on moving surfaces required precision, creativity, and deep understanding of how light interacts with architecture in open spaces.
